    Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as EFT Tapping, is a therapeutic technique which helps resolve emotional tension and stress. It also relaxes the physical body by activating the para-sympathetic nervous system.

    My holistic approach integrates acupressure and counselling and supports a mind-body connection. EFT Tapping involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical challenges. This therapeutic technique, combined with positive affirmations and a dedicated focus on problem areas, releases blocked energy and restores emotional balance.

    Once learnt, the basic EFT technique can also be practiced alone, whenever you feel tense. So it’s a powerful self-help tool for relaxation and stress management, both at work and at home.
